I’ve only cooked pancakes and French toast but I’ll never go back to the stove top for them again. Roomy, easy to clean, great temperature control. Cooks like a dream.

I like it. I’m using it for foods I never dreamed about cooking on a griddle. I’ve made pizza on it, biscuits, fish, chicken, hamburgers, roasted vegies and fruits. Tomatoes are divine!!! And, of course, pancakes, french toast and crepes…. I can use it to cook my whole meal without dirtying other pots or pans
