The Chemex coffee pour over brewer. I have used it for years and it was the first coffee brewer that I purchased. But I don’t use it anymore. But I respect the Chemex and all that it is! I’d also recommend the Kalita Wave or Hario V60, both consistent brewers that are easy to make consistent coffee at home with. Do you love the Chemex? Do you have any good chemex recipes?
