No Oven Chicken Parmesan! In this recipe I’ll show you how to make this popular Italian-American comfort food dish in a frying pan. You will learn how to bread and fry chicken cutlets, simmer them in a tomato sauce and finish with a topping of melted cheese. Traditionally it’s made with an oven, but in this version, I’ll show you how to make it without one! This is how I manage to make one of my favorites from back home in my little kitchen in Japan.
