Works great and it’s built like a tank.
I can use it to cook my whole meal without dirtying other pots or pans
I like it. I’m using it for foods I never dreamed about cooking on a griddle. I’ve made pizza on it, biscuits, fish, chicken, hamburgers, roasted vegies and fruits. Tomatoes are divine!!! And, of course, pancakes, french toast and crepes. The lid is important!
