Jogaetang (조개탕), literally meaning “Clam Stew” in Korean, is a very popular dish for drinkers’ hangover. It is made by boiling Korean clams and green onions usually, but this Shrimp Clam Stew was a lot more rich in taste due to other ingredients like shrimp, water celery, and enoki mushroom.

The video is a full version of Jogaetang, featured in our first episode about Gwangjang Market in South Korea.
