Pastry cream:
Milk: 250g or 1 cup
Vanilla paste: 4g or 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 65g or 1/3 cup
Cornstarch: 15g or 2 tablespoons
Egg yolks: 54g or 3 large

Buttercream:
Eggs: 1 egg and 1 yolk
Sugar: 201g or 1 cup
Water: 4g or 1/3 cup
Butter: 226g or 2 sticks
Vanilla: 1 pod
