Our expert chefs are delighted to prepare an array of mouthwatering dishes complimented with lives stations and selected cuisine prepared fresh to your table including;
• Special highlights are the “Scottish Salmon” its thinly sliced, then flame-scorched on Himalayan pink salt, the salt is 98% sodium chloride, with traces of Potassium, magnesium and calcium, the salts unique properties help with maintaining proper fluid balance and preventing dehydration as well as helping lower blood pressure.
• We use the best quality Rougie Foie gras, the Rouige brand is epicurean favorite for chefs, for the quality and consistency, it all started in 1875, France, however really reached international stature in the 1950’s, and is one of the premium products on our brunch menu. The poly-unsaturated fat, also known as oleic acid, plays an important role in the prevention of heart disease.
• Westholme Wagyu beef tenderloin, is another premium product we have served to you from the kitchen, the cattle graze on the pristine tracts of Mitchell-grass, then are grain fed to produce perfect marbling, ensuring a consistent, signature tenderness and juicy steak every time.
