Turkey Breast – 0:56

Step 1: Roast turkey breast
Ingredients
* 1 turkey breast
* 1 tsp salt
* ¼ tsp pepper
* ¼ tsp garlic powder
* ¼ tsp rosemary
* ¼ tsp thyme
* ¼ tsp marjoram
* 1 tbsp butter
1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Dry off the turkey skin then rub the breast down with all the seasonings and shove the butter underneath the skin.
2) Put turkey on a roasting pan for 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
3) Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes, then pull the meat off the bones, and reserve the pan drippings.

Step 2: Maple gravy
Ingredients
* 2 Tbsp butter
* 1 ½ Tbsp flour
* 1 cup chicken stock
* Pan drippings from turkey
* 1 Tbsp maple syrup
* ¼ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* ¼ tsp ground sage
1) Heat butter and flour together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir together until the mixture starts to froth, then pour in ½ cup of chicken stock and stir until it becomes a thick paste. Add in the rest of your chicken stock and stir.
2) Add the rest of your ingredients, stir, and continue to cook for 4 minutes, until the gravy is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

Step 3: Make the French toast
Ingredients
* 2 slices thick-cut texas toast
* 4 eggs
* ½ cup milk
* 1 Tbsp maple syrup
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* ¼ cup hot sauce
* ½ cup smooth cranberry sauce
* 1 bowl pulled turkey meat
* 1 bowl mashed potatoes
* 1 bowl sweet potatoes
* 1 bowl green bean casserole
* 2 Tbsp butter
* 1 bowl maple gravy
1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, which together eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Use a paring knife to poke a slit into each slice of bread then carefully stuff the bread with Turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and green bean casserole, or whatever thanksgiving leftovers you got.
2) Soak each slice of bread in the egg custard mixture for at least 1 minute each side. Heat a skillet or griddle on medium heat and add 1 Tbsp of butter. When the butter is melted, add your french toast slices and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and seared.
3) Transfer the french toast to an oven-safe dish and bake for 10 minutes, just until the middle of the toasts are heated up.
4) While the french toast is in the oven, heat cranberry sauce and hot sauce in a small sauce pan and whisk until fully combined.
5) Serve the french toast with maple gravy and a squiggle of cranberry hot sauce.
