Boeuf Bourguignon is originally a French fine dish where braising the meat with wine and stock and vegetable bring the maximum flavour in one dish, its not a dish that you make every day but as fine dinning that’s what i crave.

500g pearl onions
300g carrots
25g flour
1 beef cube
350ml red wine
350ml beef or chicken stock
350ml water
2 bay leaves
12g salt
8g black pepper
8g white pepper
Mushroom ingredients :

200g mushrooms
35g butter
15g persley
5g salt
4g black pepper
4g white pepper
