This wonderful low carb chocolate french silk pie is perfect for the holidays or anytime you want a sweet treat, it’s a combination of a few different recipes I have combined into what I think is a terrific combination, if you try this let me know in the comments section below.

FRENCH SILK PIE
The crust:
• 1 ½ cups almond flour
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 large egg
• ¼ cup erythritol
• ¼ cup butter
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1) Preheat your oven to 375, grease or spray a 9 in pie dish with cooking spray
2) Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, salt and butter in a large mixing bowl. Combine well
3) Add your egg and mix until the dough looks like crumbles
4) Spread out the dough into the pie dish and bake 10 – 15 minutes. Set aside and let it cool completely
The filling:
• 16 oz cream cheese at room temperature
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• ¾ cup whipping cream
• 3 oz milk chocolate
• ½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup erythritol
Directions for the filling:
1) In a large bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, heavy whipping cream, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetener and vanilla extract. Blend for about 3-4 minutes until the chocolate filling looks fluffy
2) Pour the filling into the baked crust and let it set in the refrigerator for 6 hours
The Topping:
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions for the topping:
1) In a large bowl, blend the whipping cream, powered sweetener and vanilla extract, beat on high until fluffy

22.5 total carbs, 5 net carbs, 5.25 fiber, 40.5g fat, 7.5g protein, 440 calories
