This is an ontbijt I make all the time. It’s from coach Greg’s cookbook recipe. It’s also good for lunch or dinner, at our place we have no rules for this..

Ingredients FrenchToast:
– Grof volkoren brood (whole grain bread)
– Vloeibaar eiwit (liquid eggwhite)
– Zoetstof met vanille smaak (sweetener with vanilla flavour)
– Kaneel (cinnamon)

On the side:
– Griekse yoghurt (Greek Yogurt), zoetstof met kokosnoot smaak (sweetener with coconut flavour), koffiepoeder (instant coffeepowder)
– Kiwi (Kiwi)
