Old forgotten recipe – Sweet baked crepe with creme cheese. They are fantastic in every way: they are simple to make, they are ready quickly and they call for more!
Recipe:
-For Pancake Dough:
2 Eggs
150 ml. Milk
150 ml. mineral carbonated water
60 ml. oil
1 tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
a small teaspoon of vinegar
150 g. flour, soft
-For filling:
1 egg
4 tbsp sugar
200 g. white cow cheese
-For topping:
2 Eggs
200 g. sour cream
4 tbsp sugar
20 g. vanilla sugar
