Today, I’ll show you how to make delicious and healthy French Toast. It’s an easy breakfast idea for days when you want something a little extra special! Super easy and quick to make, and one requires 5 ingredients!

These taste delicious on there own with some powdered sugar or maple syrup, or even better if you are feeling fancy combined with coconut whipped cream, berries and maple syrup, it’s basically heaven on a plate!

INGREDIENTS:
BREAD OF CHOICE
1 C PLANT MILK (USE YOUR FAVORITE)
1 BANANA (RIPE)
1 TSP VANILLA (PASTE OR EXTRACT)
1 TBSP FLAX SEED (GROUND)
1/2 – 1 TSP CINNAMON (ADJUST TO TASTE)
