Welcome back to another of our cook & wine review videos. Today I cook a Greek inspired recipe, chicken stuffed with spinach & feta with a lemon reduction, asparagus and herby potatoes. The recipe without the potatoes is suitable for those following a Keto diet.
We pair this with a French Burgundy, Pinot Noir from the Louis Jadot winery.
Burgundy is most famous for two grape types Pinot Noir & Chardonnay, I would describe this wine as an excellent entry level wine to those willing to explore French red Burgundy plum & raspberry on the nose fresh red fruit on the palate & a well balanced finish.
I would recommend this wine to those who enjoy red wine but don’t enjoy the headache it gives them as the Tannins are soft.

200gr spinach
100gr diced shallots
1 tsp crushed garlic
80gr feta cheese
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried chilli
1 tbsp white wine
lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
