Made from a true South African Grape, Pinotage, grown in Stellenbosch Wine Appellation. Decomposed granite soils host the 43 year old vines. Careful bunch selection by the harvesters, and berry selection in the cellar means that only the finest grapes go in fermentation. Matured in French Oak Barrels for a year. Excellent glass.
