Today I made French Chocolate Muffins, beginners level for me, quick and easy (also lesser things to wash😆)
They are easy + quick muffins and delicious too. Hope you will like it🤗👍💖
Ingredients :
French Chocolate Muffin Mix 500gm (Redman brand)
6 medium eggs
250gm oil (or unsalted butter melted)
74gm water
Preheat oven to 210 degreeC
Blend eggs, Muffin Mix and water together at low speeds for 1 min, then medium speed for 4-5 mins.
Add oil or melted butter, low speed for 1 min.
Scoop into muffin cups and bake at 210 degreeC for 20-25mins
Verdict :
Moist and yummy, not too sweet which I like🥰
2 kids said very nice, 1 kid commented a bit dry 😋
