Most brasseries and bistrots in France would have this classic dish on their menus. Bœuf or Beef Bourguignon is a rich and complex beef stew, that is braised low and slow in red wine. I love making this whenever we have guests because it’s delicious and facile, albeit long to make. It’s absolutely worth the wait! You can make it the night before and it tastes even better the following day (See tip in video).
