FOR THE INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo of veal (beef)
250 ml of fresh cream, 2 egg yolks
5 carrots, 4 onions, 3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of flour
100 ml of oil and 30 gr of butter
400 ml of beef broth
1 glass of white wine
salt,pepper powder
