It feels like wine country in the South of France but it’s the property of a French family’s vineyard started in the 1890s! All that remains is an old stone barn what was burned right after prohibition but able to be rebuilt and used by the Le Mesnager family who lived here until 1960. City of Glendale maintains it now as picnic area and many great hiking trails.
