It is an easy and quick recipe and have the best results.
I did not sweeten my batter so that you can have an option of savory or sweet.

500 Gr all purpose flour
5 eggs
1 Litre of milk 0r 500ml milk and 500ml water
25g melted butter ( but not hot)
a pinch of salt to enhance the flavour
