Try Out Crispy French Fries at Home
-Cut Potato into small slices like fingers
-Then soak into cold water for 15-20 mins(to remove starch)
-Rinse & wash the slices
-Soak into sugar water for 20 mins
-dry thoroughly using paper or clothe
-Slight fry in Low flame(it makes outer crispy and inner soft)
– store it in air packed container & refrigerator (about 1 hour minimum)
-Deep fry the slices
-Sprinkle the salt
READY TO SERVE!!!
