The first in our resurrection of around-the-world date nights! This time we tried France, which ultimately ended up being (you guessed it) delicious!
This was the recipe I followed (very loosely) for the beef bourguignon. I cut it in half, for the most part, since it was just the two of us!
And I tried my best to follow Jamie Oliver’s recipe for the apple tarte tartin!
