INSTRUCTIONS.
PUT THE WATER IN A PAN.
ADD 1_2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL AND 2 PINCHES OF SALT.
WHEN WATER STARTS BOILING, PUT TAGLIATELLE IN THE WATER AND BOIL ONLY FOR 2 MINUTES.
FILTER OUT THE WATER AND MAKE PASTA COLD WITH NORMAL TAP WATER.
ADD THE PESTO SAUCE IN A SAUCEPAN AND WARM IT BY 3_4 TABLESPOONS OF WATER AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL.
CHECK SALT AND PEPPER IF NECESSARY ADD A LITTLE BIT MORE.
ADD BOILED PASTA AND MIX IT WITH SAUCE.
