In this video we will see about French Fries in Tamil.The secret to perfect crispy french fries lies in the temperature Of the oil.In order to get consistent frying make sure all the pieces are cut to Similar dimensions.For French fries it is preferred to double fry them,in the first we use a slightly lower temperature to Cook the potato throughout and during the second frying we use a higher temperature to form the crispy outer layer.
