This French omelette recipe is a classic and versatile favourite. This recipe is an excellent source of protein, vitamin A and choline, and a good source of vitamin D .

|FRENCH OMELETTE|
Ingredients :
2 eggs , as fresh as possible, room temperature
Salt , Black pepper , Sugar
Capsicum (1/4 piece)
Red Tomato (1/4 piece)
Carrot (optional)
Milk 1/2 tbsp
1 tsp finely, freshly chopped coriander leaves (for decoration)
To cook with cheese – finely grated mozzarella cheese
