4 medium sized potato
Cut as french fry shaped
Cold water
clean the potatoes with cold water
Dry completely with tissue paper
Oil for deep fry
Fry for 30 seconds on hot oil
Again dry completely with tissue paper
Again fry it until turns into golden color
