This is a review by Munchies by Megan’s Mom on 8/21/20 (Friday) of the French Toast Churro Sticks with a Buttercream Caramel Dipping Sauce which was available at the Gourmet Churro Factory in Ghost Town (across from the Calico Saloon) during the Taste of Knott’s limited time event at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA. The French Toast Churro Sticks were a lot skinnier than their normal churros & therefore have a nice crunch to them. The Buttercream Caramel Dipping Sauce was very sweet (it tasted like frosting). You can get this with your tasting card or separately.
***Note: The Berry Market, the Farm Bakery, and the Mrs. Knott’s Chicken To Go are all open for walk-up purchases (observe the social distancing markers and pay attention to the Knott’s employees letting you know when you can go into each location). The Berry Market and the Mrs. Knott’s Chicken To Go are available for online orders & curbside pickup. Most of the Berry Market items can also be shipped to you for a fee. ***Note: While we are filming this video at Knott’s Berry Farm, only the Ghost Town, Boardwalk, and Fiesta Village areas are open and no rides are operational. The Taste of Knott’s is an outdoor food and merchandise event which is allowed under the Governor’s quarantine orders. The event runs from August 21 – 23, August 28 – 30, September 4 – 7, and September 11 – 13 with limited hours). Knott’s Berry Farm will be temporarily closed beginning March 14, 2020 through mid May (subject to change since Knott’s has to follow the local & regional health directives/guidelines meaning that Knott’s will not open until it is safe to do so).
