French fries, or simply fries, chips, finger chips, or french-fried potatoes are the deep fried potatoes. These are served hot with tomato ketchup, or some dip. I have shared the detailed recipe of how to make perfect French Fries in Restaurant Style, which are crispy and crunchy.
Make a note that, after frying first time for 1 minute, if want to use them later then keep the fries in freezer in an air tight container and re-fry them on high flame. If you want to use immediately, then after first fry, cool them for 15 minutes and re-fry the fries on high flame.
