DRIED OREGANO. 2 TEASPOONS.
SALT. 2 TEASPOONS.
BLACK PEPPER POWDER. 1 TEASPOON.
CAROM SEEDS. 1 BIG PINCH.
TURMERIC POWDER. 1 TEASPOON.
DRIED CRUSHED RED CHILLI POWDER. 1 TEASPOON.
OIL. 1/2 CUP.
EGGS. 2.
LEMON. 1/2.
INSTRUCTIONS.
LET THE OIL WARM IN A PAN OVER HIGH FLAME.
ADD CHICKEN BREAST AND TOAST IT.
ADD ALL THE SPICES.
ADD ALL THE VEGETABLES ALSO.
STIR A LITTLE BIT TO AVOID FROM BURNING.
LET THE EXCESSIVE WATER OF VEGETABLES DRY TILL OIL CAN BE SEEN.
DISH OUT AND SERVE WITH BOILED RICE.
