THE HOUSE

On the first floor the 4 further bedrooms are situated, each with an ensuite and one featuring ensuite, walk-in-wardrobe and a terrace overlooking the pool below.
The garden is a great size at 1200m² with a car port and outbuilding area around the side of the house. The front of the house almost creates a courtyard feel with palm trees one side, the pool building, the cinema room and the rest of the house enclosing the wonderful terrace and the pool.
THE AREA
Perpignan boasts a fantastic market in the city centre on Wednesdays and Sundays and daily markets around the city (not forgetting the indoor market open Tuesday to Sunday). With daily buses to the multiple choice of beaches along the east side of Perpignan or deeper in to the breath-taking Pyrenees mountain range. Perpignan is a unique mix of Catalan, French and Spanish culture. The most southern city in France includes its own TGV station, international airport and easy motorway access. These are some of the reasons why many English speakers are choosing Perpignan as a base to buy their homes in the south of France.
