-2 cups Onions sweet or yellow, thinly sliced
-2 teaspoons Butter
-1 tablespoon Oil
-3 oz. Calvados
-6 cups Beef stock or Vegetables
-TT Salt
-1 Bayleaf
-6-8 Baguette, sliced
-TT Butter, softened
-1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
Pan Seared Cod
-2 Cod
-TT Salt
-TT White Pepper
-2 oz Oil
-1/2 Lemon Juice
-1 tsp Parsley
