Presto Griddle
The ingredients:
Batter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
Bread
Your Choice
The directions:
1) Mix your eggs, whipping cream, syrup and cinnamon together.
2) Soak your bread on both sides
3) Over a medium heat, melt your butter and for about 60 – 90 seconds on each side.
4) Serve warm! We are topping ours with Kerrygold butter, Swerve confectioners sugar and
sugar free maple syrup
