Ingredients:
– 4 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup milk
– 2 tablespoons kirsch liquor (optional)
– 2 tablespoons (50 gr) melted butter
– 1 cup all purpose flour
– 2 cups cherries, pitted
– Powdered sugar for dusting
First, we need to crack 4 large eggs, pour in 1 cup of milk, add half cup of sugar, half teaspoon of salt, 2 Tbsp of cherry liquor. Mix well, add 1 cup of AP flour, mix well again, pour in 2 Tbsp or 50 gr of melted butter. Cut in half 2 cups of pitted cherries and add to the dough. Grease the mould with butter and dust it with flour. Bake clafutis at 170°C (340°F) for 45 minute. When ready, dust it with sugar powder and serve to your family! Bon appetite!
