French Classic Apple Tart is possibly the finest apple dessert you will ever taste!
Simplicity at its best, the French Apple Tart is basically sugar , almond flour , butter , flour , eggs , apples and pastry, yet it tastes out of this world! This French Apple Tart recipe is one of the delicious apple tart as far as i know, placing the apple slices as a rose flower into 4 to 5 rounds create impressive looking great apple tart.
Note ~ preheat the oven before you bake {Bake 180 c or 360 f 35 minutes }
when you work with tart dough work carefully and quickly before it
comes to the room temperature
place the apple into lemon water to avoid discoloration of the apple
Size of the tart mold ~ Diameter 18 cm
Ingredients ~ Tart dough,
60 g butter
30 g powdered sugar
18 tsp salt
12 or 25 g egg
15 g almond flour
85 g all purpose flour
Almond paste ,
35 g butter
35 g powdered sugar
35 g of egg
35 g flour
3 Apples (Brush 20 g melted butter after arranging the sliced apple )
1 tsp each brown sugar and cinnamon powder to sprinkle
Baking temperature ~
Bake 180 c or 360 f 35 minutes
