“Cultures of Las Vegas: The French,” a discussion of all things French in the Las Vegas Valley and beyond, will debut on Clark County Television (CCTV) Wednesday, July 1 at 7 p.m. and will air throughout July, which is French-American Heritage Month. France’s national day, Bastille Day, is July 14.

Guest moderated by KSNV Channel 3’s Chloe Beardsley, the show features the best of French culture in Las Vegas from food to ways to get connected within the French community and a few local businesses with French flair.
Beardsley, who grew up just outside Paris and learned French as her first language was French, is joined by Chef Maggie R. of La Maison de Maggie restaurant and Claudine Escobar Durand, executive director for Alliance Française de Las Vegas, for an interesting conversation about the influence of the French in Las Vegas. Also joining the conversation is Sébastien Thévenin, honorary consul of France to Las Vegas and Southern Nevada, David Perisset, co-founder of Exotics Racing, Alain Visinoni, of Regency Wines Nevada, Inc., and Chef Vincent Pouessel of Mon Ami Gabi restaurant.
