Le Pantarou, is a beautifully restored 200 year old stone built, Mas, or farmhouse, available to rent weekly, monthly, and longer periods, by negotiation.
The house is situated in a classic part of Provence, on the French Riviera.
It benefits from being in the countryside, but it is only a 10-minute drive to the middle of Grasse, the perfume capital of France, with it’s beautiful old town, with bars and restaurants.
Conveniently, there are Gourmet food shops, a supermarket less than 5 minutes’ drive away, and, Michelin star restaurants 15 minutes away in Cabris.
It is also only 20 minutes from the beaches of Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea.
Le Pantarou, comprises of 5 bedrooms, 4 are double bedrooms and one is a twin, so can accommodate up to 10 people.
There are 3 bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom, also a 4th bathroom with shower and toilet in a chill out studio, on the ground floor, which can also be used for showering after enjoying the pool.
The house is fully air conditioned and the pool is heated.
There is newly installed reversible air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the sitting room.
So, it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
There is a wonderful heated stone swimming pool, a boules court, table tennis and terraces for outside dining, sunbathing and reading, additionally a Chappell piano is available for your entertainment.
