In this episode we look at Domaine Frederic Berne, a thoughtful winemaker from Lantignie, a village above Morgon and Regnie. We look at the 2 soils within Lantignie; pink grant with sand and blue grant with clay.
We also pair with an incredibly easy light French classic, Steak Tartare!
