Hi everyone, in today’s video, I made a famous French pain demi rouler. It is so easy to make. You can eat it on breakfast, lunch, dinner and also as a snack.
Ingredients and measurements
White bread 10 slices
2 large eggs
8oz of milk
3 tbsp of cinnamon (use 1 tbsp on the liquid mixture and the reminding 2 tbsp use it as topping)
75gr of unsalted butter
4 tbsp of sugar ( use 2 tbsp on the liquid mixture and the reminding 2 tbsp use it as topping)
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Bread spread apricot and merlot
