You need:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
up to 3 apples (depends on the size of apples and the size of the slice)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Kendra’s Kreations Peach Jelly

Preheat oven to 400*
Put down parchment paper on your sheet pan & then your puff pastry.
Wash, dry, core, and thinly slice the apples. You can peel or not.
Arrange the apples on your puff pastry in a fanned out design then sprinkle with the sugar.
Put in the oven for 10 mins
Heat up the jelly.
Glaze the pastry & apples with half of the jelly.
Bake for 10 more mins
Use the remaining glaze.
Bake 5 minutes.
Let tart come to room temperature then serve.

I’ve even used apple pie filling instead of fresh apples… just arrange the apple slices to look pretty and bake the same as above – it is delicious! If you don’t have Peach Jelly you can use what you have on had. Plum Jelly would be OK. Prickly Pear Jelly would be very pretty.
