SOLE MEUNIERE :-

INGREDIENTS
Flat fish (മാന്തൾ ) – 3 No.s
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper Powder ¼tsp
Parsley Leaves 1tsp
Maida – 1 cup
Lemon juice – ½ No.s
White wine –
Olive oil / Sunflower Oil – 2 tbsp
butter 1tsp
white vine ¼cup
Crushed Chilli – ½ tsp
potato 2 medium

Preparation
Clean the flat fish.Marinate with pepper and salt on both sides.Then dip flat fish in maida add crushed chilli flakes
tap it remove excess maida. shallow Fry it in a pan with some olive or sunflower oil
FOR SAUCE
add oil 2tsp.
add butter 1tsp into it
Add white vine in low flame
add some parsley leaves and ¼ salt to it.
Add ½lemon juice
pour this mixture over the cooked fish
For garnish
In same pan add oil and butter to it..Then add some small sliced boiled potaoes .add some parsley leaves and salt to it
