In this video I show you how to make two separate versions of the French 75. One with gin and the other with cognac! The recipe with gin was the original, but later the cognac version became popular in many bars. In my opinion, the brightness of the gin is ideal for warmer weather, while the roundness of the cognac makes it my choice for the cooler months. Either way, both versions make for a festive cocktail that is perfect for any celebration!
Cheers!
