5sp for the entire recipe if you make it like me! But if you add cool whip or whip cream add the sp on WW!!

Ingredients :
2 or more low Carb bread. I use Betty Light 2sp
1 extra large or large egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup egg whites ( or use another egg, egg creations)
1tsp or more Cinnamon
1tsp or more fresh lemon juice
1tsp or more vanilla
Butter spray or I can’t believe it’s not butter or any cooking spray
3 or more Lilydale turkey sausages or any kind or turkey bacon
Fruit
Cool whip or light whip cream (optional)
Joseph’s sugar free syrup or any syrup you like optional
Jam is optional

Directions :

In a medium high heat skillset add your sausages. Cook until brown on each side. Add to your plate or cook as you are making your French Toast.

In a medium bowl add egg, egg whites, cinnamon and lemon juice and whisk well.

In a medium skillet on a medium high temperature add spray butter
Dunk the bread into the mixture and add to the skillet
Cook a few minutes on each side until brown and or crispy
Tip… Don’t press down just allow the toast to cook!
Add extra egg mixture if you want for extra protein!!
Serve immediately with your fa fruits!!
Add more Cinnamon if you want and whatever topping you like!!

You can freeze in a seal container too or keep in your fridge for a few days. Add to your toaster to recrisp or microwave. It’s up to you!
