Le coq au vin is sure one of my favorite dishes from French cuisine, in this episode Chefgio have crated a delicious recipe from the Master of the French cuisine Monsieur Paul Boucuse. it’s always good to know what we eat anf where it came from the idea of the dish, cuisines, for me it makes more sense. “Le coq au vin” has multiple legends that trace to Gaul and Julius Caesar, but the recipe was only documented until the 20th century. it has been since part of the french cuisines of the master chefs.
