A really easy recipe where I get a little carried away with the wine!

Ingredients:
A knob of butter (for the chicken)
1 Broccoli (trimmed and cut small)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
500ml chicken stock
150ml dry white wine
4 tbsp double cream
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and peper
