INGREDIENTS

12 Oz (340g) white flour.
4 oz (120ml) lukewarm milk.
1 tsp baking powder.
2 cups of French pastry cream
2 tsp yeast.
1 egg.
1 tsp Vanilla extract.
1/4 tsp salt.
5 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
3 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter at room temperature
1& ½ Oz of raisins soaked in 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of water.
