The Beef bourguignon… the only one! It is one of the most famous french recipes all over the world I think. From the Burgundy region, you can imagine that you’ll use red wine to cook and simmer the meat till it becomes completly soft. It is a delicious recipe. As a traditional one, the Beef Bourguignon takes few hours to make it but dont’ worry cause you’re not obliged to stay close to your pans and casseroles… Just take the time and for sure you’ll love this french taste
