I am now finally sharing my secret behind my bomb a** French macarons. it is a lot of work to make this and even perfecting it. I know some people may have tried making this but did not achieve the right texture and i used to be one of them. But since i have been making this for tons of times, i came up with some techniques to achieve the perfect texture of this luxurious snack/desert. Please excuse my imperfect grammar since english is not my first language but i am trying my best.
