🧅🥕INGREDIENTS🥕🧅
French style pie crust:
250 grams plain flour
125 grams butter
1 egg
7 grams sugar
7 gram salt
50 ml milk

The filling I used:
pan fried mushroom with chicken and cream

For the pan fried mushrooms:
watch this video on how to prepare them:
2 tablespoon oil
250 grams mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
3 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper

For the rest I added
1 chicken breast (diced)
1 shallot (finely diced)
half a glass or port ( you use 50 ml of cognac instead)
200 ml heave whipping cream
1 branch of thym
salt and pepper to taste.
