I got so “comfy” with the wine name of the Muscadet that in the video, I labeled it “&”. It is actually Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, as indicated below… NOT … ” & Maine”.

“Et” in French means “and”, but the symbol “&” is never substituted in that name in France. I meant no disrespect to the wonderful history of language in the “Pays du Vin et d’Amour”!
