This past week was my husband’s birthday! Over thinking per usual i went and got steak and pasta 😩 lol but all he wanted was breakfast for dinner ❤️ so i took it over the top and made some delicious Cap’n Crunch French toast paired w bacon and eggs. The French toast was so crispy and the peanut butter was very present ! Try out my recipe comment below And let me know what you think!

Ingredients
This recipe works for 6-8 slices of bread .
In today’s recipe i only made 6 had left over batter and cereal.

6 slices brioche bread
2 1/2 cups Cap’n Crunch peanut butter flavor
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup melted peanut butter
1 tbsp sugar (don’t make it too sweet the cereal is sweet)
Tiny pinch of salt
Butter and or oil to cook the French toast
The bacon was just store brand Kroger
